2018 Grand Lake Golf Tournament

For a summer that has been somewhat hot and sticky, we were blessed with a beautiful day on July 27 at Edelweiss Golf Club for our 25th Anniversary Golf Event. Following golf and cocktails, over 90 people (a record) enjoyed a fine buffet dinner, golf awards, wine raffle and door prizes. This year we were able to get special sponsors to fund a 25th Anniversary golf shirt for all participants-including dinner guests. (Sponsors were Alia Construction, Gary Beach, Warren Stroud, Claridge Homes, Duss Brothers Motors Ltd. and Equipe Fleury Chenier).

Mcees Dale Smith and Jocelyne Lemery-Paul waded through prizes very efficiently and a number of folks enjoyed music and dancing to “The New Classics”.

Last year’s 2017 Grand Lake Golf Tournament

The 2017 annual Grand Lake Golf Tournament was held on July 21st  at the Edelweisse Golf Club in Wakefield Quebec. 

In a summer that has been somewhat less than ideal, we were blessed with a beautiful day on July 21 at Edelweiss Golf Club for our Annual Golf Event-started no less than 24 years ago by Brian Reynolds. Following golf and cocktails, almost 80 people enjoyed a fine buffet dinner, golf awards and prizes for all.  The night was emceed again by Dale Smith. Music by “The New Classics”, including a sax player this year as well, kept a number of folks dancing well into the night following dinner and prizes.
