Janice Dempsey teaches yoga classes this summer.
Yoga will begin this year on Monday June 10 at 4:30 p.m. At Dempsey Cottage in Priest Bay. If you come this way road, it is 186 H Vipond Drive. We will do a variety of gentle yoga poses, possibly more vinyassa style (holding the postures longer) and Qigong.
come with a yoga mat, accessory towel, water bottle and friend. I have extra mats if needed. feel free to bathe before or after.

The Classes will be canceled if it rains or is too hot i.e. more than 30 C.
